Congratulations! You have successfully registered for a Well Child International program! My name is Michael Birnbaum, and I will be your WCI Trip Coordinator, assisting you here in the U.S. as you prepare for your trip.

- When to book your plane ticket, if flying. **
- Setting up van shuttle if you are serving with us in Mexico.
- Your trip itinerary.
- Your trip payment schedule.
**If you are traveling with/as a group, please check with your group leader or faculty about possible group flight arrangements.
THINGS TO DO NOW:
Double-check the expiration date on your passport—it must be valid for an additional seven months from the date you RETURN from your program!
Donation collection: If you intend to donate medications, please beware that expired medications CANNOT be accepted. Remember to ask your circle of friends and family to send either prenatal or children’s vitamins with you.

PROOF OF PARTICIPATION LETTER
After your trip, WCI will automatically send you a Proof of Participation Letter at no charge. If you need this letter before you travel to prove you are traveling with Well Child International, contact me as soon as possible at Michael@WellChildInternational.org or (509) 640-6767.
