Dec. 28 (Friday)

9 am:  Van pick up in PHX.

3-4 pm: arrival at beach house I Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) and initial logistics orientation, meeting staff, settling in.

5:50 pm:  Sunset on “Margarita Deck” or beach J

6 pm:  Welcome dinner!

7 pm: Program orientation and first Community Triage Training and vitals training/review with Ministry of Health officials

8:30 pm:  Evening discussion and questions, free time.

Dec. 29 (Saturday)

8 am: Breakfast

8:30 am:  second Community Triage Training

9:30 am leave beach house am:  Begin Community Triage/house visits/vitals/screenings in San Rafael

12:30 pm:  Overlook Luncheon at El Capitan Restaurant (team pays but its half price)

2::00 pm House visits/vitals/screenings in San Rafael

4:00 pm:  Tropical Medicine Seminar/Demonstration

5:00 pm: leave San Rafael for Puerto Penasco van tour, return to beach house for dinner and sunset

6:00 pm:  Evening out on “El Malecon” (the waterfront area”

9:00 pm: return to beach house for end of day de-brief/free time

Dec. 30 (Sunday)

8 am breakfast followed by worship at local church OR free time OR house visits.

Afternoon:  House visits and “community time” with the children and rec time for four day team.  House visits for seven day team.  Lunch provided

Evening:  Dinner out (team pays) then Salsa lessons!!

Dec. 31 (Monday)

8 am: breakfast

8:30 am four day team returns to PHX, seven day team works in neighborhood with rehab centers/shelters.  Seven day team moves to retreat center.

Noon lunch provided

Afternoon Rec times—it’s New Years’ Eve!!  Evening of fun and festivities!

Jan 1 (Tuesday)

New Years Day—“all the world will be sleeping” J–except US!!  We’ll be hosting/providing/doing a Children’s Health Fair and recreational activities

Jan 2 (Wednesday)

8amBreakfast

8:30 am leave retreat center for day of clinic in San Rafael or other area assigned to us by Ministry of Health.

Mid afternoon:  rec time/downtime

Jan 3 (Thursday)

Travel day returning to PHX L
