Your $150.00 deposit (refundable up to 60 days prior) is in addition to the trip fee. FAQ. If WCI cancels the trip or you purchase independent cancellation insurance, your deposit can be refunded.

There are 3 options for registration:

• Pay your deposit and trip fee in full now.
• Pay your deposit and a partial payment now.
• Pay your deposit now and complete payments before the trip.

For partial payments, $500 is due 60 days prior to departure and the total is due 30 days prior to departure.
